"Very professional service both from the initial home visit and discussion, and from the installation team. The advice covered the installation requirements and a basic system was recommended although I had mentioned an interest on a more stylish option if available. When the quote was received a researched other models in the range of the same spec and requested an upgrade to a stylish black model with air purifier. This was no problem and was not a significant on cost to the overall bill, so I was delighted at this option although would have preferred to have discussed the options at the start.
The installation went very well, however there was one snagging issue with the location of the outside unit as it needed to be spaced quite far off the wall for airflow. Again this was not a problem for the Westcott team, and within 1 further working day they were back to correct this.
Overall an excellent service and installation and got a high quality product that looks good in my bedroom."

"An amazing service from the start to completion.
Could not recommend them enough. We decided to have AC after the very hot summer we have just had, in fact it did become unbearable for hubby and I. I'm sure it will get worse year by year. My workplace has Westcott AC, after chatting to one of the managers who said "give them a call" so we made our mind up to at least get a quote. A Lovely guy John came to see us he was very knowledgeable and friendly ,we felt under no obligation.
We received our quote and was really pleased with it, the work was scheduled in. John came out the day before the scheduled installation began. He came with Brandon one of the engineers making sure we were happy with everything and Brandon double checking were the three units were to be placed.
The team of guys turned up they were incredibly efficient, nice, friendly, and very professional. What a great bunch they were! Our three units AC was installed last Saturday I can honestly say they didn't stop, they worked so hard. The chaps cleaned up and left the whole house garden spotless.
I will also like mention the lovely receptionist taking my calls such a lovely friendly manner lovely lady. A great big thank you to you all. Very Happy customers"

"We found this company by mistake on Google, however it was certainly advantageous to us. We were searching for air conditioning companies to quote for an installation for our conservatory. We telephoned Westcott and from the outset the approach from this company was so positive. An appointment was made and effected as arranged. We received a quotation by e-mail later the same day and we accepted it and made an appointment for installation. The fitters arrived on time on the agreed day. We were very impressed with the politeness, dress sense (company logo shirts) and the manner they laid out their tools for the job, obviously aware of protecting our property and furniture. The area was covered with dust sheets and they had their own vacuum cleaner to clean up afterwards, no trace of dust or rubbish. They explained thoroughly the a/c unit and the controls. We are very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very well done and thanks."

“After an Initial consultation with John, discussing the requirements for heating/cooling of our home we opted for 3 units, we decided that heat pumps were going to give us the heat we needed and also provide us with cooling for the exceptional summers we have been having.
