Westcott Air Conditioning can look after the maintenance of your heating, ventilation or air conditioning system. We provide regular maintenance to both our new installations or as part of a dedicated maintenance contract. In addition, all of our maintenance contracted customers are assured a same day reactive breakdown response.

Maintenance includes:

Cleaning dirty filters and units
Ensure grilles are clear.
Check refrigerant type and weight in kgs.
Inspect wiring and electrical connections
Check and clean condensate lines
Minimise equipment downtime with our same day reactive breakdown response.
F.GAS testing where necessary with certification provided

Our engineers are fully qualified F.Gas certified and have knowledge of all makes and models of air conditioning systems from single split,

Multi and VRV systems.

Any remedial work required would be quoted for before any further
